数码印花是这一、两年以来开始流行起来的一种新型印花。支持小批量印花、多花色，变化快。印出来的花色，不仅颜色鲜艳、透气性好，而且更柔软。因此，数码印花无疑是传统印花企业摆脱低价恶性竞争、寻求产品差异化、提升产品附加值的道路和方向，而这也迎合了市场的需求！

1.普通针织平纹布：直接印刷2-3次就可以达到理想效果，前两次烘干、第三次直接喷墨。 When Applied on normal knitted plain fabrics, printing 2-3 times can reach the ideal effect. The first two times to be baked dry, spray the ink directly after the third time printing.
2.图案印好后常温放置4小时左右，然后再过热，过热温度和时间为：140℃*3分钟，再用烫画机140℃烫压10秒。
Over heating at 140℃ for 3 min requried after 4h narual dry, then heat pressing at 140℃ for 10 sec on the Heat press machine.
1.印花前如需要添加助剂，请预先进行小样实验，确定加量，并在规定时间内使用完毕。
If any auxiliary needed, please make small samples testing before mass production to confirm the ratio, and used up the mixture within required time.

CG-805G平光面浆用于数码浆盖面而使得浆面干爽不粘手；
CG-805G Plain surface coveringpaste is used in digital printing covering to make the printing surface dry andnon-sticky.
CG-805G在盖面时一般盖一次到两次即可；
Prints 1-2 times can reachthe good result when print the CG-805 as coverage.
CG-805在盖胶浆面时为了保证洗水的牢度建议加1%助剂（本PC-300助剂）在增加牢度的情况下，浆体的其它性能不会改变。
To increase the washingfastness, we suggest to add 1% color fixer(our PC-300 fixer) when printing theCG-805, it won’t effect the product’s other property.

1.CG-805G在盖面使用时一定要加入1%助剂，使用4小时后要更换新胶浆；
1% color fixer is required to be added when using the CG-805, andthe mixture must be used up within 4 hours.
2.CG-805G成膜性好，干燥速度快，在使用过程中不宜马上进行高温热处理，应让自然流平后再加热处理，否则会出现表面不平的现象。
The CG-805G’s film forming property is good and drying speedfast, so the printed fabric should not be baked at high temperature immediatelyafter printing, should let it levelling naturaly and then bake at hightemperature, or the surface may be not flat.

CG-806G哑光面浆可用于胶浆盖面而使得浆面干爽不粘手；
CG-806Gmatt covering paste is used in covering printing to make the printing surfacedry and non-sticky.
CG-806G在盖面时一般盖一次到两次即可；
Prints 1-2 times can reach thegood result when print the CG-806Gas coverage.
CG-806G在盖胶浆面时为了保证洗水的牢度建议加1%助剂（本公司PC-300助剂）在增加牢度的情况下，浆体的其它性能不会改变。
