The Midea headquarters' 08 plot project has a total construction area of 205000 square meters and consists of five individual buildings, including a living room in Building A, four office buildings in Building B, and a planned three story underground parking lot. The project will integrate elements such as natural landscapes, the Internet of Things, smart buildings, and artificial intelligence to help create a central innovative business district in the city that integrates headquarters offices, cultural and commercial districts, and high-end residences.
