Responsibilities:
• Make search lists of target companies and candidates.
• Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.
• In depth analyse and draw the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.
• Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following background and qualities:
• Bachelor or above
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English in both written & spoken, skilful in computer operation
• Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure
