The 2015 Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru Les Vergelesses has a lifted dark cherry and blackberry scented bouquet with just a hint of Indian ink in the background. The palate has a pastille-like entry with fine acidity, quite rounded in the mouth with a touch of piquancy on the finish. Enjoy this over the next 5-6 years.

雷穆父子的这款佩尔南韦热莱斯一级园 «韦热莱» 2015, 散发黑樱桃和黑莓的紧致香气, 并隐约散发着墨汁香气. 口感软绵, 酸度优雅, 酒体在口腔内十分圆润, 结尾处略带一丝辛辣. 在接下来的5-6年内是最佳适饮期.

 

 

It is always a pleasure to meet the shy, retiring Bernard Repolt. A man of few words, one has to eke out every syllable. Suffice to say that Remoissenet is a name reborn and much of that has been down to his business acumen and the talent of winemaker Claudie Jobard. "I had never seen berries with such maturity in 2015," Bernard told me. "We started the harvest in 1 September. It was not necessary to extract too much, it was important to moderate. Elevage was important and I felt that we needed a long élevage. The reds will be bottled towards the end of March 2017. I thought the white 2015s are a little heavy and rich, not much acidity. However, they are a pleasant surprise tasting them now as they did keep the freshness, so it was not like 2003. There was not a huge difference between Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits because of the weather." There is quite a wide range of wines in Remoissenet's portfolio and this here is only part of it. Similar to other addresses, I found the reds to be superior to the whites this year, simply a reflection of the growing season rather than winemaking. Many of them deserve your attention.

每次见到害羞谦逊的Bernard Repolt都令我十分喜悦. 他是位说话言简意赅, 甚至节省每一个音节的人.REMOISSENET (雷穆)酒园的复兴是和他的业务才干以及酿酒师Claudie Jobard的天赋分不开的.

我从来没见过果实的成熟度像2015年一样如此的成熟,Bernard告诉我. 我们从91日开始采摘葡萄, 无需过多榨取, 适量的压榨是十分重要的. 陈酿是关键, 我觉得我们需要一个长时间的陈酿过程.  红葡萄酒大约将会在20173月底灌装. 我觉得2015年份的白葡萄酒有些过于厚重和丰满, 酸度欠佳. 然而, 现在品尝起来令人有喜悦的惊喜,因为他们保存了清爽感, 所以2015年份并不像2003年份. 因为天气的原因, 伯恩丘和夜丘的风格并没有太大的区别.  REMOISSNET的酒单十分丰富,这次只是品尝了一部分. 与其他的酒庄一样, 我觉得今年的红葡萄酒要比白葡萄酒更胜一筹, 仅仅是从葡萄成长期的角度来讲而不是从酿造的角度. 许多葡萄酒值得您的期待!
