3.客户服务规范：我司始终秉持诚信经营原则，与客户保持良好沟通，严格按合同约定及时、完整地提供清关所需资料，不存在任何拖延或拒绝交付资料的情况。需特别说明的是：若存在拖欠资料等违规行为，根本无法通过退税流程的严格审核。目前，我司业务规模持续扩大，正通过持续扩充业务团队、优化服务流程提升客户体验，这一客观发展态势亦从侧面印证了我司与客户间的良性合作关系。

Recently, we have detected that some online accounts have posted false statements on social media platforms, maliciously slandering our company's business reputation. The relevant content mainly involves the following three rumors: First, they claimed that our company had no export qualifications and that our business activities were illegal. Second, they fabricated false information that our company was fined 2 million yuan by the government. Third, they slandered our company for refusing to provide customs clearance documents to customers, causing difficulties in customs clearance for customers.
In response to the above malicious slander, we solemnly clarify:
1.Complete export qualifications
Our company is a formal export enterprise legally authorized by the Chinese government. We have a full set of compliance qualification documents and strictly abide by laws and regulations in the daily customs declaration process. Any doubts about the legitimacy of our qualifications are groundless rumors.
2.No administrative penalty record
As of the date of this statement, our company has never been fined by any government department, and the rumors of related fines are purely malicious fabrications.
3.Perfect customer service
Our company always adheres to the principle of honest business operation, maintains good communication with customers, and strictly provides the documents and information required for customs clearance in a timely and complete manner in accordance with the contract agreement. There is no delay or refusal to deliver information. It should be emphasized that if there are any violations such as overdue documents, it will be impossible to pass the strict review of the tax refund process. At present, the business scale of our company continues to expand, and we are improving customer experience by continuously expanding our business team and optimizing service processes.
