服务流程

物流中心的交易起始于客户的咨询、业务部门的报表，而后由订单的接收，业务部门查询出货日的存货状况、装卸货能力、流通加工负荷、包装能力、配送负荷等来答复客户，而当订单无法依客户之要求交货时，业务部加以协调。
The transaction of logistics center starts from the consultation of the customer and the statement of the business department, and then receives the order. The business department replies to the customer by inquiring the inventory status on the shipping day, loading and unloading capacity, circulation processing load, packaging capacity, distribution load, etc. When the order cannot be delivered according to the customer's requirements, the business department will coordinate.
