对于中间运输过程的信息盲区，我们的团队会承担起“人工雷达”的职责，主动向客户查询进展，并将确认后的信息第一时间告知您。我们无法创造数据，但我们会用人力去弥补，确保您不是完全“失联”状态。

Departure Notification: Upon goods being received into warehouse, loaded into containers/vehicles/aircraft, precise departure notifications are provided.

Port Status: Updates are provided when goods arrive at port, undergo inspection, commence customs clearance, and complete customs clearance.

Destination Delivery: Upon successful delivery, we endeavour to obtain proof of delivery and share this with you.
