本周，中国驻安哥拉大使龚韬在罗安达举行的关于两国关系现状的新闻发布会上发出了上述邀请。
Chinese Ambassador to Angola Gong Tao made the invitation at a press conference in Luanda this week on the state of relations between the two countries.
中非经贸博览会是首个国家级、综合性、国际化的对非经贸合作机制，计划每两年举办一届。于2019年举办的首届中非经贸博览会期间，双方共签署81项合作文件，涵盖农业、装备制造、基础设施、航空、金融等多个领域。
The China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo is the first national-level, comprehensive and internationalized mechanism for economic and trade cooperation with Africa. It is scheduled to be held every two years. During the first China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo held in 2019, the two sides signed 81 cooperation documents covering agriculture, equipment manufacturing, infrastructure, aviation, finance and other fields.
第二届定于2021年9月26日开始举行，预计参会参展嘉宾规模约5000人，主要由会议论坛、展览展示两大块构成。论坛包括中非医药健康产业合作论坛、中非基础设施合作论坛、多场经贸洽谈等活动。展览展示将采用线上线下双线融合办展，实体展览总面积6.4万平方米。
The second session is scheduled to be held on September 26, 2021, with an estimated number of 5,000 participants, mainly consisting of conferences, forums and exhibitions. The forum includes china-africa medical and health industry Cooperation Forum, China-Africa infrastructure Cooperation Forum, and a number of economic and trade talks. The exhibition will be held online and offline, with a total physical exhibition area of 64,000 square meters.

这位外交官说，中国政府将继续鼓励中国企业按照安哥拉政府制定的规范和法律，在安哥拉经济的各个领域加大对安哥拉市场的投资。
中国驻安哥拉大使表示，在安哥拉设立的中国企业中，有很大一部分在危机中幸存下来，确保了投资的可操作性，并保障了国内就业。
关于安哥拉债务问题，龚大使表示，中国主要金融机构与安哥拉当局就暂停期和扩大新领域投资进行了长期对话。
The diplomat said the Chinese government will continue to encourage Chinese enterprises to increase investment in the Angolan market in all areas of the angolan economy in accordance with the norms and laws formulated by the Angolan government.
The Chinese ambassador to Angola said a large number of Chinese enterprises set up in Angola have survived the crisis, ensuring the operability of investment and safeguarding domestic employment.
On the Angolan debt issue, Ambassador Gong said that major Chinese financial institutions have had a long-term dialogue with the Angolan authorities on the suspension period and the expansion of investment in new areas.
