200亿美元！中国拿钱支援安哥拉，如今安哥拉用石油报恩

非洲很多国家都经历过战乱，常年内战不仅消耗了大量人力物力财力，甚至可能拖贫一个国家。

安哥拉作为非洲的一个小国，自然也不例外，2002年以前是殖民地国家，主要以纺织业和食品业为主，发展比较落后。经济是第一生产力，2002年结束内乱，安哥拉想要发展，但是没钱，只有向其他国家寻求援助。

但是发达国家根本不会理会这样的贫穷小国，中国不同，从2002年到2015年，中国先后给安哥拉提供了200亿美元的贷款，为什么中国明知道安哥拉可能还不起债，还要借钱给它？

中国支援其他国家都是出于人道主义，尤其是对于非洲国家的援助，不是只有安哥拉一例，我们对委瑞内拉，巴基斯坦同样也伸手支援，并且在中安合作时早就签订了协议，中国借钱给安哥拉，安哥拉用石油还债。说到底就是用钱买安哥拉的石油，只是先把钱给安哥拉而已，说不上谁吃亏，谁占便宜。

要说非洲国家穷，也是真穷，但是那些国家也是资源相当丰富，黄金，钻石，石油，天然气，铁矿等储量让很多国家望尘莫及。

安哥拉的石油资源非常丰富，石油产业理所应当的成为支柱产业，中国跟安哥拉签订的协议也算是共赢。

中国这些年大规模的基础建设，需要大量的石油资源，安哥拉还给我们的石油正好弥补了我们的石油需求。同时，出于石油战略储备的考虑，石油多多益善。

安哥拉因为石油资源丰富，加入了欧佩克石油组织，在中国的帮助下工业迅速发展，尽管算不上特别发达，但是在非洲国家中，安哥拉也算发展不错。

在国际上，国家间就需要这样互帮互助，如果太过于计较或封闭，很难发展，像这样合作共赢，对大家都有好处。

If African countries are poor, they are, but they are also rich in resources, with gold, diamonds, oil, gas and iron ore reserves that many countries cannot match.

Angola is rich in oil resources, and the oil industry has naturally become a pillar industry. The agreement signed between China and Angola is also a win-win situation.

China's large-scale infrastructure construction in recent years requires a large amount of oil resources, and the oil returned by Angola just makes up for our oil demand. At the same time, for the sake of strategic reserves, more oil is better.

Angola is rich in oil resources and has joined the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec). With the help of China, its industry has developed rapidly. Although it is not particularly developed, Angola is also developing well among African countries.

In the international community, countries need to help each other in this way. If countries are too particular or closed, it will be difficult to develop. Win-win cooperation like this will benefit everyone.
