李小鹏视频会见安哥拉交通部长

9月3日，交通运输部部长李小鹏在京视频会见了安哥拉交通部长里卡多·德阿布雷乌，双方就共同关心的问题交换了意见。部总规划师兼综合规划司司长徐成光参加视频会见。

李小鹏指出，交通运输领域合作是中安战略伙伴关系的重要组成部分。中国交通运输部重视与安方加强和拓展交通运输领域合作，鼓励中国企业赴安开展投资经营。中国交通企业积极参与安哥拉道路、港口、机场、物流等基础设施建设开发和相关服务，为安发展作出积极贡献。中国交通运输部愿与安交通部在共建“一带一路”和中非合作论坛框架下推进双边交通运输合作，为强化中安战略伙伴关系和构建更加深化的中非命运共同体作出应有贡献。

Chinese Minister of Transport Li Xiaopeng met with his Angolan counterpart Ricardo de Abreu in Beijing, Capital of China, Sept. 3, 2007. The two sides exchanged views on issues of common concern. Xu Chengguang, chief planner and director of comprehensive planning Department, attended the video interview.

Li xiaopeng pointed out that transportation cooperation is an important part of china-Angola strategic partnership. The Chinese Ministry of Transport attaches great importance to strengthening and expanding cooperation with Angola in the field of transport and encourages Chinese enterprises to invest and operate in Angola. Chinese transportation companies have actively participated in the construction and development of roads, ports, airports, logistics and other infrastructure and related services in Angola, making positive contributions to the country's development. The Ministry of Transport of China is ready to work with the Ministry of Transport of Angola to advance bilateral transport cooperation under the framework of jointly building the Belt and Road and the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and make due contributions to strengthening china-Angola strategic partnership and building a deeper China-africa community with a shared future.

德阿布雷乌指出，安中长期友好合作，安哥拉经济社会发展得到了中方强有力的支持。安交通部高度重视与中国交通运输部深化务实友好交流与合作关系。希望通过与中方深化合作，推动本国交通基础设施发展并由此带动整个南部非洲的经济发展。

李小鹏邀请德阿布雷乌率代表团线上出席第二届联合国可持续交通大会。德阿布雷乌对大会“可持续的交通，可持续的发展”主题给予高度评价，并表示将积极参会。

Deabreu pointed out that Angola and China enjoy long-term friendly cooperation and China has given strong support to Angola's economic and social development. The Ministry of Transport of Angola attaches great importance to deepening pragmatic and friendly exchanges and cooperation with the Ministry of Transport of China. It hopes to deepen cooperation with China to promote the development of its own transport infrastructure and thus the economic development of the entire Southern Africa.

Li Xiaopeng invited De Abreu to lead a delegation to attend the second United Nations Sustainable Transport Conference online. Deabreu spoke highly of the theme of "Sustainable transport, Sustainable Development" and said that he would actively participate in the conference.
