此币为崇宁重宝，正面钱文对读，结构舒朗清骨秀格，字体饱满，制作精美，铸钱惊绝，质地厚重坚硬，品相较好。外圆内方，钱背为光背无文，包浆老道沉着，地章平整深峻，带有斑驳绿锈，古朴盎然，历史痕迹感强。钱文隶书“宁下星”，古朴方正，严谨庄重，法度固定，是北宋钱币的佼佼者，是北宋重要的钱币之一。稀世珍宝具有极高的收藏价值和观赏价值。

This coin is Chongning Chongbao. It has a good structure, clear bones and beautiful style, full font, exquisite production, amazing coinage, thick and hard texture and good taste. Inside the outer circle, the back of the money is bare and illiterate, the old way of packing pulp is calm, the ground is smooth and deep, with mottled green rust, plain and full of antiquity, strong sense of historical traces. Qian Wenli Shu, simple and square, rigorous and solemn, with a fixed legal system, is one of the best coins in the Northern Song Dynasty and one of the most important coins in the Northern Song Dynasty. 关于此钱，有一个传说，谓其面文为蔡京所书，而蔡京书写时别有用心地将“崇”字的山和宗的竖笔上下贯通，连成一线；将“宁”字繁体之中的"心"省略，被人指责为“有意破宋，无心宁国”。
