此枚双旗币虽经历了无穷岁月，但纹路依然清晰可见，上面的锈迹也见证了其历史的积淀，具有非常明显的历史过渡性特征,有着难以言喻的收藏价值，钱币正面中央图案为“铁血十八星旗”和“五色旗”交叉而立，旗后有缨带，双旗寓意全国一统与民族大团结。珠圈外上部铸“湖南省造”四字。左右饰以团菊花纹，下方则镌中文“当制钱二十文”标明币值。背面正中图案则为嘉禾纹，寓意丰民足岁；背面上部镌英文“中华民国”，下方则镌英文“二十文”。此枚错版开国纪念币正面中央图案为“铁血十八星旗”和“五色旗”交叉而立，旗后有缨带，珠圈外上环繁体中文“中华民国”。左右饰以团菊花纹，下方则镌繁体中文“当制钱二十文”标明币值。背面珠圈内部为两株稻穗组成的嘉禾纹，中央竖写中文“十文”二字，珠圈外部上环英文“中华民国”，下方则镌英文“十文”。

The left and right are decorated with chrysanthemum patterns, while the bottom is marked with the Chinese word "20 pieces of equivalent money" to indicate the value of the currency. The middle pattern on the back is Jiahe grain, which means that the people are full-year-old; the upper part of the back is English "Republic of China", while the lower part is English "20 articles". On the front of the staggered version of the commemorative coin, the central pattern is "Eighteen Star Banners of Iron Blood" and "Five-color Banner" crossed, with tapes behind the banner and traditional Chinese "Republic of China" in the outer ring of the bead ring. The left and right are decorated with chrysanthemum patterns, while the lower part is marked with the traditional Chinese "20 Chinese for making money" to indicate the value of the currency. The inner part of the bead ring on the back is Jiahe grain composed of two rice ears. The Chinese word "Shiwen" is written vertically in the center. The outer part of the bead ring is surrounded by the English word "Republic of China" and the lower part is English "Shiwen".
