此湖南省造双旗币，正面珠圈内镌交叉五色旗与铁血十八星旗，珠圈外上环书楷体“湖南省造”四字、下环书“当制钱二十文”五字，字体端庄工整，挺拔清秀，十分清晰，左右两端长之花饰之。背面珠圈内图案为稻穗组成的嘉禾纹，上下边缘环英文。此币乃采用优质铜材料精制而成，钱币保存完整，有自然磨损痕迹，包浆自然醇厚，具有很高的收藏价值。
This double-flag coin is made in Hunan Province. The front bead circle is marked with five-color flag and 18-star Iron-blooded flag. The outer bead circle is marked with four characters of "made in Hunan Province" in the upper ring script and five characters of "made in Hunan Province" in the lower ring script. The pattern on the back of the bead ring is Jiahe grain composed of rice panicles, and the upper and lower edges of the bead ring are in English. This coin is refined from high quality copper material. The coin is well preserved, with natural wear and tear marks, and the pulp is naturally mellow. It has a high collection value.
