胭脂红又称“金红”、“洋红”，是一种以金为发色剂，在800-850℃的低温中焙烤形成的釉色。于康熙年间从西方传入我国，并开始于瓷器上使用，至雍正、乾隆时期已广泛使用。含金量的多少直接影响胭脂红的呈色，若于釉中掺入约万分之二的金即可得到较为浓艳的胭脂色，而掺入万分之一的金，即为浅淡的胭脂水，此为胭脂红。这类珐琅彩存世极为稀少，存世之作大多珍藏在各大国际著名博物馆及顶级收藏家手中，市场难得一见。

此碗敞口，弧腹，圈足。碗内施白釉，洁净均匀，润泽细腻。碗外胭脂红绘山水纹，山水乡居，画工精细。并题以诗句“野旷天低树，江清月近人”（孟浩然）。就整体而言，此碗形制巧致，胎体轻薄，胭脂红彩绘工甚妙，别具一格，谓为天工美质。底部双线框内书“雍正年制”六字款，为御窑之珍。
This bowl is open, arc belly, circle foot. White glaze in bowl, clean and even, moist and delicate. Outside the bowl, carmine paints landscape patterns. Landscape and country dwellings are exquisite painters. It is also inscribed with the poem "Wild sky, low trees, Jiang Qingyue near people" (Meng Haoran).
