此枚钱币为新疆省造光绪银元库平重七钱二分，钱币两面铭刻有汉字、满文英文，还有阿拉伯数字，这是新疆唯一带有英文和维吾尔文的银元。此枚光绪银元背面上英文“ SUN-GAREI”尤为特别，还有雕工极细的蟠龙纹饰，工艺完美，风格独特，看起来栩栩如生。敲击声悦耳清脆，委婉悠长。
