此币为陕西省造光绪元宝库平一两，正面为光绪元宝楷书钱文，上缘书：“陕西省造”，下缘书：“库平一两”，钱背为蟠龙图案，左右小花边饰，龙鳞雕刻精湛，尽显皇家风范，包浆醇厚深峻，所呈色泽光亮、气息古朴，雕工精湛，具有很高的历史价值、艺术价值和珍藏价值。
This coin is made in Guangxu Yuan Treasury in Shaanxi Province. Its front is the regular script Qian Wen of Guangxu Yuan Bao. Its upper edge is "Made in Shaanxi Province".
