此枚北洋造错版光绪元宝库平七钱二分，钱币正面铸有“铭文”，顶部铸楷书“北洋造”，底部铸“库平七钱二分”，中心直读“光绪元宝”四字，币中心为满文“光绪元宝”；背面顶部用小号英文标准字体铭“北洋造”字样，下面为英文“库平七钱二分”，中央铸有“蟠龙图”。此币错处便在于背面图文位移，显现别具一格，更具价值。藏品品相精致，其审美风格独持，钱币正面鲜然可见满汉文化的融合，而钱背却明确标示了西方文化的介入，极具欣赏价值。
This misprinted version of the treasure house of Guangxu Yuan has an inscription on the front, a regular script on the top, a seven-cent Kuping on the bottom, a direct reading of the four characters "Guangxu Yuan Bao" in the center, and a Manchu "Guangxu Yuan Bao" in the back with the small English standard font inscribing "Beiyang Made" on the top, followed by the English "Kuping seven-two cents" in the center. "Panlong Tu" was cast. The mistake of this coin lies in the displacement of the picture and text on the back, showing a unique style and more value. The collection is exquisite, its aesthetic style is exclusive, and the front of the coin shows the amalgamation of Manchu and Han cultures, while Qianbei clearly indicates the intervention of Western cultures, which is of great appreciation value.
