此枚“中华民国开国纪念币壹圆”上六星精品，钱币正面中央镌孙中山侧面肖像，外围双圈(内一线圈，外珠点圈)。上镌中文隶书体“中华民国”4字，下镌中文隶书体“开国纪念币”5字，左右长枝花饰。背面中央竖镌中文隶书体“壹圆”及嘉禾；外围双圈(内一线圈，外珠点圈)，边缘镌英文。 因其背面印有两个六角星，称为“上六角星”。上六星银元是存世量最为稀少的一种，可谓凤毛麟角。此藏品保存较好，其色泽自然，不论是文字还是图案，都显得自然细腻，深浅合适。如今“开国纪念币”举世难寻出几枚，价值实在难以言喻。
