订货流程
Order Process
大货：
The bulk goods:
出货单位：每色以卷为单位销售。
Delivery unit: Every color is sold in rolls.
大货起订量1000米/色，（特殊面料除外）低于起订量需按如下单价加收。
The minimum order quantity of bulk goods is 1000m / color (Except for special fabrics), it will be charged as following when order quantity is lower than that:
单色100-200 m，需要加价6.0元/米;
For 100-200m in one color, an extra cost of RMB6.0/m shall be added to the unit price;
单色201-300 m，需要加价4.0元/米;
For 201-300m in one color, an extra cost of RMB4.0/m shall be added to the unit price;
单色301-500 m，需要加价3.0元/米;
For 301-500m in one color, an extra cost of RMB3.0/m shall be added to the unit price;
单色501-999 m，需要加价1.5元/米。
For 501-999m in one color, an extra cost of RMB1.5/m shall be added to the unit price.
样布：
Sample cloth:
1. 样布1m 起订，每色最多只出货一次20米。
1.Sample cloth should be ordered at least 1m, and each color can only be shipped at most 20 meters for once.
2. 样布剪布不额外加价，但速递运费需由客户承担。
2.There is no extra cost for sample cloth cutting, but the express delivery freight shall be borne by the customer.
3. 样布一经裁剪寄出，不接受退换
3.Once the sample cloth is cut and sent, the return and refund will not be accepted .
付款方式:
Payment methods:
大货：30%订金, 70%提货款。
The bulk goods:30% prepaid, 70% delivery money
(接收方式：银行汇款，现金，银行电子承兑)
(Receiving methods: bank remittance, cash, electronic acceptance bill of bank)
样布：新客户合作，需带款提货。（样布不开增值税票）
Sample cloth: For new customers, payment against delivery.(No value-added tax bill for sample cloth)
(接收方式：银行汇款，现金，微信)
(Receiving methods: bank remittance, cash, payment byWechat)
订货方式：
Order methods:
1. 联系我司任意一区域销售人员，电话、传真或邮件我们。
1.Contact our salesman in any area by telephone, fax or e-mail .
2. 双方确认合同,封样颜色,按收订金日起计交期。
2.The contract shall be confirmed (signed) by the two parties concerned, then the color of sample shall besealed. The delivery date shall be counted from the date of receiving prepayment.
3. 大货完成我司即提供数量和货款金额。
3.We will provide the quantity and payment amount upon completion of the bulk goods.
4. 我司确认收款后马上安排发货。
4.Our company will arrange the delivery immediately after confirming the receipt of payment.
5. 当月收款后当月开增值税发票。
5. VAT invoice will be issued in the same month after the receipt of payment.
关于运费：
About the freight:
大货报价含税含运费(运费指我司仓库发货至客指定当地就近物流站，不包送货上门费用)
Quotation for the bulk goods includes tax and freight (Freight refers to the delivery of goods from our warehouse to the nearest local logistics station designated by the customer, not including the home delivery service fee.)
样布报价不含运费 (速递到付)
Quotation for the sample cloth does not include freight.(By express delivery with freight collected at destination.)
