This coin is a circle of Sun Xiaotou in the 23 years of the Republic of China. The front of the coin is engraved with the positive image of the great revolutionary Mr. Sun Yat-sen. 1929年，时值国民党政府推行所谓“法币”政策，以中央、中国、交通三大银行发行的纸币为法定货币，白银收归国有，限期以法币兑换银币，银圆已不成合法通货。此二十三年孙中山像双帆银币铸成之后，并未流通于市，存世量之少可想而知。因而在今天的货币市场中备受藏家们的亲睐。
In 1929, when the Kuomintang government pursued the so-called "legal currency" policy, banknotes issued by the three major banks of the Central Committee, China and Communications were used as legal tender.
