此组羚羊角共四件，呈扁圆锥形。表面黄白色，半透明，上半部中央对光透视可见一隐约可见的细长孔道，直通角尖，俗称“通天眼”。环脊完整，脊间距约超过1cm。基部锯口类圆形，内有“骨塞”。质坚硬，气微，味淡。主要有“清热解毒”，“平肝熄风”，“凉肝明目”的功效，其药用价值及高。
