四川铜币，是晚清和北洋时期四川省地方政权铸造的货币。由于川省银铜矿缺乏，加之辛亥革命以后军阀割据，致使中央政府《币制条例》关于铜币之原料比例、铜币面额的规定没有严格遵守，四川铜币发行量十分巨大，致使物价虚高、影响经济发展。四川铜币，自光绪二十九年六月开铸，至民国二十四年十一月法币开始流通才逐渐退出流通领域。
Sichuan copper coin was coined by the local regime of Sichuan Province in the late Qing Dynasty and the Beiyang Period. Due to the lack of silver and copper mines in Sichuan Province and the warlord separatism after the 1911 Revolution, the regulations of the Central Government on the proportion of raw materials and the denomination of copper coins in the Monetary Regulations have not been strictly observed. The circulation of copper coins in Sichuan Province is very large, resulting in a virtual high price and affecting economic development. Sichuan Copper coin was minted in June 29 of Guangxu. It was not until November 24 of the Republic of China that the French coin began to circulate that it gradually withdrew from circulation.

此军政府造四川铜币，正面中心珠圈内镌“四川铜币”四个字，四个字中心镌一朵精巧的芙蓉花，标志蓉城成都。珠圈外上端镌“军政府造”四个字，下端镌币值“当制钱十文”，左右两边各镌一个四瓣花星，银币反面中心圆圈内镌一个篆文“汉”字，代表了新政府“大汉”的意思，具有反清含义。有横向底纹装修，旁围十八个小圆圈构成的圆圈，内镌纵向饰纹，标志着当年呼应辛亥革命的十八个省。圈外上端镌“中华民国元年”六个字。

The four words "Sichuan copper coins" were inscribed in the bead circle on the front, and a delicate hibiscus flower was inscribed in the center of the four words, which symbolized Chengdu, Chengdu, Chengdu, Chengdu, Chengdu. 与孙像开国纪念币和袁像银元比起来，军政府造四川铜币流通范围较窄，发行量与存世量自然无法与前二者相比。由于这个原因，接触川洋的人比较少，研究者更少。但这并不表示川洋的研究价值和市场价值不高，向来经济规律和收藏首要以“物以稀为贵”定律为标准。作为特殊历史时期、地方政权的特殊货币，军政府货币具有军用货币和民用货币的双重职能，是历史的产物，具有不可替代的文物价值，是历史的见证。
Compared with Sun Xiang's founding commemorative coins and Yuan Xiang's silver coins, the circulation range of Sichuan copper coins made by the military government is narrower, and the circulation and stock of Sichuan copper coins are naturally unable to compare with the former two. For this reason, fewer people and fewer researchers come into contact with Sichuan Ocean. But this does not mean that Chuanyang's research value and market value are not high.
