光绪元宝是清朝光绪年间流通的货币之一。由两广总督张之洞率先引进英国铸币机器铸造银元和铜元，之后各省纷纷仿效。共有十九个省局铸造，除中央户部，地方省所铸铜元，皆在其正面上缘镌写省名。
Guangxu Yuanbao was one of the currencies circulated during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. Zhang Zhidong, governor of Guangzhou and Guangdong, took the lead in introducing British coin machines to mint silver and copper yuan, and later provinces followed suit. There are nineteen provincial bureaus casting. Except for the central household department, the copper coins cast by local provinces are all inscribed on the upper margin of their fronts.

此两枚一组浙江省造光绪元宝库平七钱二分，钱币正面点圈内镌汉文和满文“光绪元宝（宝字为繁体，从缶，故俗称‘缶’宝）”字样，上铸“浙江省造”四字，下镌“库平七钱二分”六字，两旁镌花饰。背面蟠龙居中，外圈为英文，并镌有“7”和“2”阿拉伯数字，两旁镌小花饰。整组钱币，字体端庄秀丽，铸工精良，为中国银币二十珍之一，值得收藏。
These two sets of coins are made in Guangxu Yuan Treasury in Zhejiang Province. The front of the coins is marked in Chinese and Manchu with the words "Guangxu Yuan Bao" (treasure characters are traditional, from Qi, so commonly known as "Qi" Bao). The four words "made in Zhejiang Province" are cast on the top, the six words "Kuping Qian 2" are cast on the bottom, and the two sides are embellished with flowers. The dragon on the back is in the middle and the outer ring is in English. It has "7" and "2" Arabic numerals and small flower ornaments on both sides. The whole set of coins, with elegant fonts and exquisite foundry, is one of the twenty treasures of Chinese silver coins and is worth collecting.
