此枚中华民国开国纪念币双旗十文，为机制铜元。钱币正面珠圈内两面旗帜交叉而立，左为十八星旗，右为五色旗，旗后系有缨带，灵动飘逸，双旗寓意全国一统与民族大团结；上缘为“中华民国”四字，下缘铸“开国纪念币”五字，字体秀美，笔画遒劲有力，两侧分列五星花。背面中央圆圈内铸嘉禾“十文”字样，圈外铸有英文。
