此件藏品为上六星中华民国开国纪念币，正面中心是孙中山侧面照，上方镌“中华民国”，下方镌“开国纪念币”，左右各有长枝梅花图案。其反面中心有币值“壹圆”字样，托以嘉禾纹，左右各一枝，每枝一穗叁叶，上环英文“纪念”，左右上方各有一个六角星，下环英文。整体品相完好，包浆熟旧，传世痕迹明显，六星，为难得的珍品，极为罕见、有巨大的投资价值、及收藏价值。
