TAGAL技术中心研发实验室通过CNAS微束分析能力认证
2017年3月-9月期间TAGAL技术中心研发实验室参加了由中国合格评定国家认可委员会CNAS组织的《BSTCT704金属的微束分析能力验证计划》,能力验证活动在宝钢测试研究中心进行,全国多个拥有扫描电镜及能谱的大学及科研单位参与了此次活动。TAGAL参与了钛铝合金中钛(TI)和铝(AL)含量的测定项目,执行GB/T17359-2012《微束分析能谱法定量分析》检测方法。采用无标样定量分析,XPP算法修正。

TAGALTC Lab Got Metal Micro Beam Analysis Ability Validation by CNAS
DuringMarch to September 2017, TAGAL TC attended metal micro beam analysis abilityvalidation of BSTCT704 organized by CNAS (China National Accreditation Servicefor Conformity Assessment), this ability validation, CNAS entrusted Baosteeltest and research center to do the validation, attended members wereuniversities and scientific research institute from across the country withscanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum. The project we tookpart in was content test of titanium (Ti) and aluminum (Al) intitanium-aluminum alloy (each time used different steel grade for validation),performed test method according to GB/T17359-2012 "The micro beamspectroscopy quantitative analysis". Adopted uncalibrated quantitativeanalysis and XPP algorithm to modify.
