谨通知各业主/用户，为增强各业/用户消防安全意识，当遇到突发事件时能迅速撤离大厦，敝司将于2015年11月27日（星期五）下午16：30—17：30期间举行海航大厦2015年下半年度消防演习。演习期间，所有电梯将迫降至首层暂停使用，消防警铃鸣响，同时消防疏散广播将引导所有的业主/用户疏散至大厦首层外围东北角集合点（详见附件平面图）,敝司将于现场派送小礼品以示鼓励参与人员，礼品送完即止。演习结束后，大厦义务消防队将在大厦正门外围车道进行消防器材使用示范，并开展现场消防知识有奖问答环节，欢迎各业主/用户踊跃参加。（为增加现场实况效果，大厦东、西走火楼梯会有轻微烟雾，此状况属正常现象，请各业主/用户不需惊慌。）为免发生意外，高危人群（如孕妇、心脏病患者）切勿参与本次演习活动。
另为妥善安排准备工作，敬请各业主/用户在2015年11月10日前将参加此次演习的人数告知敝司。

Please be informed that a fire drill will be carried out from 16：30 to 17：30 on Friday 27th November 2015. Elevator service will be suspended temporarily and fire alarm will ring during the above-mentioned time. Please evacuate according to the notice issued by the emergency broadcasting system to the northeastern square on the ground outdoor (details in the attached plane figure). After the fire drill ends, the security guards will show you the usage of fire fighting extinguisher at the northern area of the building. Welcome you to join in this activity. (Please stay calm when there would be some smoke in the eastern and western staircases during the fire drill that is normal.) To avoid accidents, not to engage in high-risk groups (such as pregnant women, patients with heart disease)
