Precise Positioning of Dual Pressure Beams' Lifting
Equipped with dual pressure beams, their lifting adopts a magnetic measuring device for precise measurement and positioning. The height of the pressure beams is automatically adjusted according to the panel height, reducing idle strokes and effectively improving cutting efficiency.

Panel Alignment
The feeding area at the rear of the machine table integrates both longitudinal and transverse wood panel alignment functions, ensuring the stability of automatic clamping.

Dual Program Fence Feeding
The program fence and feeding beam operate independently, allowing processing and feeding to occur simultaneously, reducing waiting time for feeding and increasing feeding efficiency by 20%.

Robot System
The German KUKA robotic system works in collaboration with the machine, and together with the German Schmalz suction system, it enables the transport of finished and semi-finished panels between the buffering area, feeding area, workpiece discharging area, and labeling area.

Buffer System
The buffering system includes side buffering tables and top buffering tables. The top buffering table is mainly used for storing small-sized boards, while the side buffering table is primarily for storing medium to large-sized boards. The wooden boards on the top buffering table require loading by the robotic system, whereas the side buffering table is equipped with a driven belt, allowing for loading and unloading of semi-finished boards.

Pushing Device
The pushing device ensures that all discharged wooden boards reach the robot's working area, guaranteeing that the robot can complete the turnover of all required boards. It also ensures that waste material reaches the disposal area, facilitating the timely removal of waste.

The automated waste disposal system seamlessly shreds, transports, and collects waste materials ensuring minimal manual intervention.
