催下单、催发货，这么说！
临近2021年底，今年的春节是在2022年2月1日，提前告知客户工厂安排，建议客户提前下单。

年前还想再冲一波业绩的外贸人，逼单邮件应该如何写？
1、对于已成交的老客户。
如果我们在冲销售额，那么我们就可以给我们的成交的客户发邮件问问最近有没有订单，并且鉴于我们1月底的假期，希望客户可以提前订货。因为是我们的春节假期，所以物流公司停运比较早一般都要在假期的前15-20天结束运输，所以我们将近会有一个月的时间不能够外运货物。所以希望贵司根据实际情况早点下订单备货。

3、对于很久没有采购我们产品的客户
我们也要跟进一下利用这次机会。我们可以问问客户是不是有什么事情需要考虑，为什么突然不用我们的产品了。是产品生产线改变还是我们的产品不符合他们的要求，请客户给予我们更多的回复，同时也有利于我们自己的提升，如果我们哪里需要改进的，也请客户直接说。

4、对于一直询价但是始终没有给我们订单的客户
我们更要跟进一下，问一下客户是不是需要考虑一下我们，寄样品检测一下，或者下一年有没有计划采购我们的产品。我们如果通过跟进客户能让客户接受我们寄样品的方式，也是比较不错的。这样下一年我们就也会有新的增长点。

另外还有一种常见情况，即客户因为居高不下的海运费而迟迟不肯出货的，这种我们年前也应该催一催他。出货、收款、好过年！

According to the latest report from Sea-Intelligence, a Copenhagen-based maritime data and advisory company, ocean freight may take more than two years to return to normal levels.
But it has declined in recent weeks. Ocean carriers are offering significant discounts on Asia exports to the US and Europe as the traditional slack season kicks in. It is the best time for you to ship your order.
On the other hand, our factory and office will be closed from X to X for the Chinese New Year. I'm sorry your order would not be processed during the holidays. We recommend that you arrange the shipment as soon as possible to avoid unwanted inconvenience.
