Part A 阅读题目
Part A Text 1

第1题是一道paragraph1的选择填空题（2个空），答题点在最后一句话（four century-old；fell）。
第2题问答题：根据paragraph1和2，为什么砍树是一个controversial decision？
第3题问答题：在paragraph5中，怎么发现problem of walls？
第4题考查line17的”them”指什么。
第5题是一道T/F/ NG题目，共3个小题，第一个题是两个department意见相同。
第6题是考查文章类型的，选项1是news report，选项3是 profile of tree。

第7题考的paragraph 1的完成句子题，Mr Lam 以前有一个shrine，需要把shrine的信息补充完整。
第8题是一个指代题，paragraph 2 line 4” these behemoths” 指什么。
第10题是词汇题，在paragraph2里面找到可以和以下词/词组替换的词，考查的词/词组分别是：seen everywhere和significant
第11题是paragraph3的summary改错题。
第12题是paragraph4的填空题。
第13题是考paragraph5 的summary类型的选择填空题。
第14题是问答题，判断Jim的态度以及给出reasons。
第15题是指代题，line27 “an unnecessary overreaction”指什么。然后有出现1道T/F/NG题，答题点基本来自paragraph8，共3个小题，一个是shrines建在branch里，一个是游客购买已经写好的wish paper，一个是2005年后worshipper数量下降
然后有1道问答题，考了paragraph 9 里面的” its very lack of useful properties ensures its invincibility and survival”这个信息
然后有1道问答题要求写一个例子说明banyan tree是爱的象征
然后继续有一道问答题，对应paragraph11，要求举一个保护banyan trees的例子体现。
关于最后一段最后一句there is a reason why they are worshiped.
最后是一道匹配题，人物和相应的观点匹配。

第53题考词汇：deceive，在paragraph12找到一个相同意思的词。
第54题问答题：what contributes to commodifiable solutions。
第55题paragraph13的summary改错题
第56题问答题，考查line54 people in positions of great power相关内容。
第57/58题选择题，考句子意思：line 58” You cannot reason people out of positions they didn’t reason themselves into；第57/58题问答题，line 59”tools to win- or at least understand- any argument”，要求provide example。
第59题G在line 62 提到 ”alone the way” 指的是什么？
第60题问答题：line 67 “ you’ll be wrong with a lot more style and flair” G说这句话意思是什么。
第61题 人物和quotes的配对题。难度较高。
第62题开放式问答题，你认为G对科学和医药的未来持什么态度，optimistic还是pessimistic，并提供evidence。

Part A 写作
写一封email给到酒店manager，表达出你对住宿了的一个晚上的房间感到非常不开心，非常失望，因为酒店房间跟酒店网站上的房间信息大有不同：
(有个图片，酒店房间信息在网站里面，介绍到该房间有WiFi，a balcony and ocean view，price，room service，air conditioning，no smoking）
需要给酒店manager写一封e-mail，包括两个问题：
why do you feel disappointed?
what would you like the hotel manager to do?
Part B 写作
以下4个题目选择一个来进行写作：
题目1：
a century ago，women in Hong Kong had on average 5 children. Today, that number is less than one.

you are a successful musician and a writer of a music blog. A reader recently recorded a song and asked you how to promote the song.

题目4：
你在social media发布了一个video，获取了10万个点赞。write to school magazine about your experience.
阅读考情分析
总体来看，part A部分的文章和题目基本都是正常的难度水平，选择题、问答题、填空题、改错题、匹配题等比例比较均衡，没有特别难的题目，基本上是按顺序出题，问答题有少量需要做简单归纳的问题，所有题目的答案基本可以在文中直接定位。
B2部分，文章难度符合一般B2应有的难度，但是题目部分出题难度较高，填表填空题多是乱序式的出题方式，比较简单的选择题比例非常少，难度高的问答、填空填表题以及匹配题占比较多，题目整体难度水平较高，非常考验考试的阅读理解能力和归纳总结能力。
写作考情分析（Part A）
题目
写一封email给到酒店manager，表达出你对住宿了的一个晚上的房间感到非常不开心，非常失望，因为酒店房间跟酒店网站上的房间信息大有不同：
(有个图片，酒店房间信息在网站里面，介绍到该房间有WiFi，a balcony and ocean view，price，room service，air conditioning，no smoking）
需要给酒店manager写一封e-mail，包括两个问题：
why do you feel disappointed?
what would you like the hotel manager to do?
写作思路剖析
1. Introduction 开头称呼/表明写信目的:
“Dear ________ ”;
"I hope this email finds you well."
"I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel."
2. Explanation of disappointment 解释自己的失望之处
"I booked a room at your hotel based on the information provided on your website.” 我根据贵酒店网站上的信息预订了房间。
"I was particularly drawn to the features advertised, such as the WiFi, balcony with ocean view, room service, air conditioning, and non-smoking policy.” 我特别被网站上所宣传的特点所吸引，如WiFi、带海景阳台、客房服务、空调和禁止吸烟的政策。
"Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found that the room did not meet the expectations set by the website."但是，到达后，我发现所分配的房间与网站上所描述的有很大差异。
3. Details of the issue 具体问题描述参考
"The room I was assigned did not have a balcony or provide an ocean view as advertised.” 我被分配的房间没有海景阳台，也没有提供海景。

DSE英语阅读/写作考试流程
1️⃣到达考场后可以按指示直接入去到等候室等待，指引标签很多很清楚，不懂也可以问学校老师。
2️⃣大概8点有个考场老师来寒暄了一下，做了一些简单的提示提醒，比如准备好报道易，尽快上厕所等。（粤语）
3️⃣差不多8点15有老师来带考生去考场课室。
4️⃣进入考场课室后，会看到每个人桌上会有个橙色纸条写着座位号，按准考证编号入座即可。桌上还有个人的编码label（5个），会使用其中两个贴AB卷。
5️⃣人齐后考场老师开始宣读规则（英语）。
6️⃣个人物品收好凳子底下。
7️⃣宣读完规则开始发卷子。AB1B2卷子是按顺序分开发的（每份试题和文章在一起。）
8️⃣发完卷子老师会再次做宣读，大概就是让检查一下卷子有无错漏，再做一些提醒（和part A前面的指引差不多内容）
9️⃣8点32正式开始考试。
🔟1.5h后考试结束，收卷子，卷子是分开收。收卷子期间考生要用桌上的绳子把做了的部分绑起来。（试卷上有小孔）
1️⃣1️⃣剩余15分钟和最后5分钟都会提醒。老师先收做了的卷子，接着收没做的B1/B2。最后把多余的label收走
1️⃣2️⃣试题资料考生可以带走。
1️⃣3️⃣中场休息学生把所有物品带走，离开考场课室。
1️⃣4️⃣大概1045开始回到考场课室，写作场会重新有5个label在桌上，进场后老师宣读规则。（英语）
1️⃣5️⃣桌上会有两张草稿纸。
1️⃣6️⃣宣读规则后发卷子，写作试题和答题卡粘在一起，写作会用到3个label。
1️⃣7️⃣写作试题不能带走
1️⃣8️⃣最后15分钟和5分钟有提醒。
1️⃣9️⃣收卷一个老师先收试题答卷，另一个老师收草稿纸和剩下的label。
