Are you curious about how the concrete girders of viaducts and highways are made of “steel”? The secret is in the “prestressing technology”! Today, we take you to reveal the bridge community's two “internal cultivation method” - pre-tensioning method VS post-tensioning method, 3 minutes to see the difference between them!

 

❶ 先张法:像拉皮筋一样造桥

适用场景:简支板桥(跨径小、梁高矮)  

Pre-tensioning method: building bridges like stretching a leather band

Applicable scenario: Simply supported slab bridge (small span, short beam height)  


核心逻辑:先拉钢筋,再浇混凝土,靠“黏结力”传递预应力!

Core logic: first pull the reinforcement, then pour the concrete, and rely on the “bond” to transmit the prestressing force!


施工三步曲:  

1️⃣搭台拉筋:在预制厂用专用台座固定钢筋,像拉皮筋一样提前张拉;  

2️⃣批量生产:一次支模多块桥板,绑钢筋、浇混凝土,效率超高;  

3️⃣松手发力:等混凝土硬到75%强度,剪断钢筋,靠回弹力压紧桥板!  

Construction three steps:  

1️⃣Tabling and stretching: fix the reinforcement in the prefabrication plant with a special pedestal, and tension it in advance like pulling a leather band;  

2️⃣Mass production: support the mold of many bridge plates at a time, tie the reinforcement and pour the concrete, the efficiency is super high;  

3️⃣ Loosening force: wait for the concrete to harden to 75% strength, cut the rebar, and rely on the rebound force to press the bridge plate!  


技术细节:  

✔️ 钢筋必须带螺纹,增强与混凝土的“亲密接触”;  

✔️ 粗钢筋端部要加钢筋网,防止“内力暴走”撑裂混凝土。

优点:工厂流水线作业,省钱省时!适合标准化小跨径板桥~

Technical details:  

✔️ Reinforcing bars must be threaded to enhance “intimate contact” with the concrete;  

✔️ The ends of thick reinforcement bars should be reinforced with steel mesh to prevent the “internal force from running out” and cracking the concrete.

Advantages: Factory assembly line operation, saving money and time! Suitable for standardized small-span slab bridges

❷ 后张法:给桥梁“穿针引线”

适用场景:T形/I形梁桥(跨径大、梁身高)  

核心逻辑:先浇混凝土留孔道,再穿筋张拉,靠锚具“锁住”预应力!

Post-tensioning: “Threading the Needle” for Bridges

Applicable scenario: T-shaped/I-shaped girder bridges (large span, high girder body)  

Core logic: first pour concrete and leave apertures, then thread the tendons and tension them, and then rely on the anchorage to “lock” the prestressing force!


施工四部曲:  

1️⃣ 埋管塑形:浇筑梁体时预埋金属波纹管,预留“经络通道”;  

2️⃣ 穿筋拉弓:混凝土达标后,穿入钢绞线,用千斤顶大力张拉;  

3️⃣ 锚固封印:用特制锚具死死扣紧钢绞线,内力瞬间注入梁体;  

4️⃣ 灌浆封口:孔道灌水泥浆防锈,最后浇筑端头混凝土“封剑”。

Construction of four parts:  

1️⃣ Buried pipe shaping: pre-buried metal bellows when pouring the beam, reserving the “meridian channel”;  

2️⃣ Threading the reinforcement and pulling the bow: after the concrete reaches the standard, put in the stranded wire, and vigorously tension it with a jack;  

3️⃣ Anchor sealing: the strand is fastened with a special anchorage, and the internal force is injected into the beam instantly;  

4️⃣ Grouting and sealing: the aperture is filled with mud to prevent rust, and finally the end concrete is poured to “seal the sword”.


技术亮点:  

🔺 钢筋走位风骚!部分弯向梁端,专治支座区“剪力不服”;  

🔺 曲线布筋避免张拉时梁顶“裂开emoji”,内力分配更科学~

优点:灵活应对大跨径,专治各种复杂受力!但现场施工略麻烦。

Technical Highlight:  

🔺 Reinforcing steel alignment! Partially curved to the end of the beam, specializing in the support area “shear disobedience”;  

🔺 Curve reinforcement to avoid tensioning the top of the beam “cracked emoji”, the distribution of internal forces more scientific.

Advantages: flexible response to large span, specializing in a variety of complex forces! But the site construction is slightly troublesome.
