Zhejiang HuaSheng Metal Products Co., Ltd. is located in No.13, Yingxiang Road, Huanglong Industrial Park of Wuyi County, Zhejiang Province. It is founded in 2011, with a total investment of more than 86,000,000RMB, an area of 24,600 square meters and more than 300 staffs. The company researchs, produces, and sells wear-resistant materials, including high manganese steel, carbon steel and so on. The annual production capacity is more than 15,000 tons, with the single product manufacturing capacity of ten tons.

To reach our goals, we begin to change the high-energy consumption, dirty, chaotic situation in the traditional casting industry. On the premise of green casting, energy conservation, environmental protection as well as the improvement of production environment, we make effort to take these premises as the standards in the factory planning, selection of production techniques and selection of equipment.
The two 5-ton intermediate frequency electrical furnaces in series purchased by our company have a leading level in domestic, which is safe and economy. Equipped with a whirlwind furnace cover and dust removal facility, it is flexible, environmentally friendly and easy to operate. In production techniques, we adapt a international-leading technique of alkaline phenolic resin sand, and then equip it with advanced regeneration system, which enables the recycling rate of molding sands above 90%. In the heat treatment process, we use clean energy, natural gas and water as quenching media in closed cooling cycle, which ensures the quality of products and save water resources.
In grinding workshops, each worker has an independent operating space with independent dust removal equipment, which greatly improves the working environment. For products painting, we use movable telescopic spray-painting rooms, which are flexible, practical and easy to operate. It is able to collect and treat the paint floats and product’s smell together, which is not only environmentally friendly, but also reduces occupational health risks for workers. The company has passed ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007. We are gradually introducing the excellent production management to reduce costs and improve efficiency as well as the quality of products.

In the technical department, using casting simulation software, we ensure that we are prepared to do the process in advance, to track in the process and to draw conclusion on the result, which is both responsible to the customers and to the company itself. According to actual working condition of customers and their actual wear situation, we are also able to offer custom-made products with better wear resistance, which also saves social resources.
In foundry department, there is a complete melting system with feeding system, which can monitor and record the parameters during processing and directly display them on screen. This is also improves the consistency of ingredients of the molten steel.
In molding process, there is one 30-ton mobile continuous mixer and two 20-ton continuous mixers. Each mixer is equipped with a compaction system and a DUOMIX system from Germany, which are able to adjust the amount of resin and curing agent according to different room temperature and sand temperature, to ensure the uniformity of the strength of molding sands and the reproducibility of casting size.
In the heat treatment process, there are six sets of natural gas stoves. Rail mounted reclaimers are used during loading, unloading and water filling, which ensures the speed of water filling and the reliability of the product quality.
In the machining department, there are more than forty large-scale processing equipments of different kinds. The largest processing diameter of the cone is 5 meters, and the maximum processing size of flat is 5 m *3 m.
