惊蛰,是二十四节气中的第三个节气。这个节气的到来,预示着气温逐渐回暖,也是乍暖还寒、冷热交替的时节,容易出现口干舌燥等“春燥”症状,以及易怒、脾胃不调等身体不适。那么,在惊蛰节气期间,我们应该如何进行养生,又应该选择哪些食物呢?
