为进一步提高国际化幼儿园的管理，增强全体教师的专业技能，晶晶国际教育集团国际部主任Lily于9月26日-28日莅临武汉华侨城纯水岸东湖晶晶国际幼儿园，对该幼儿园相关人员进行了为期三天的培训。
In order to further improve the management of internationalkindergarten, enhance all the teachers' professional skills, Lily, director of the internationaldepartment of JingJing international education group, went to The shore of east lakeOCT jingjing international kindergarten of Wuhan on September 26th to 28th , and carried out the three-days training for related personnel of thekindergarten .
培训过程中Lily首先针对幼儿园行政管理人员详细讲解了国际园各项管理标准，使之更标准化；其次对所有教师及外教进行了童话剧课程体系建立的培训，同时，对童话剧文本和教材的编写做了详细的介绍，老师们更清晰的了解到童话剧课程的实施过程；为提高外教的课程质量，Lily老师针对外教们全面讲解了FP课程实施标准及考核标准，让外籍教师制定FP教学计划更清晰化。
为了加强对外教的管理， Lily老师强调了外教职责和管理制度，并对外教师德师风、礼仪文化提升做了一次专项培训。培训过程中，外教们根据各国文化的不同现场演示了各国的见面礼，整个活动氛围轻松愉快。最后Lily老师走进班级，观摩外教FP英语教学课，现场评析，给予指导。

In order to strengthen the management of foreignteachers, Lily stressed the foreign teachers responsibility and managementsystem, and made a special training of foreign teachers' etiquette culture .In the end Lily came into classroomsin the afternoon, watching foreign teachers FP English lessons, and gaveguidance to them.
