为了进一步提高教师组织教学活动的水平,体现园所特色。晶晶大华幼教中心组织教师开展“一人一课”观摩研讨活动。本次活动以“主班教师组织一节绘本阅读活动、配班老师组织一节体育游戏活动”,采取借班上课形式进行。

通过一人一课活动的开展使教师在教学活动中发现优点,找出不足,并针对问题提出改进的方法,充分调动全体教师的团队力量,发挥教学研究的积极性,有效地提升教师的教研能力。
