On October 14th , 2016, all the English teachers in Wuhan are get together in OCT Jingjing international kindergarten, they carried out teaching seminars for the first time in this semester. It focus on how to use self-made teaching AIDS in theEnglish class, and the training of teaching process and method.
2016年10月14日，晶晶国际教育集团武汉地区全体英语教师相聚华侨城幼儿园，开展了本学期的第一次教学研讨活动。本次活动的重点为，探讨英语课堂中自制教具的投放与使用，以及教师教学流程及方法培训。
当天上午，分别由华侨城Jenny老师、华侨城外教Alfredo，大华晶晶幼儿园Cici老师分享了他们的Demo课例。Jenny老师给大家展示了一堂音乐活动，首次利用歌谱的方式呈现，让大家看到了新的亮点；Cici充分利用自制教具，让孩子们在上课过程中体验到了教具带来的乐趣；外教Alfredo给老师们带来了一堂phonics教学，并在课后给老师们做了详细的讲解，让老师们了解到phonic教学的完整步骤。

下午Jenny老师针对英语课堂教学流程和方法给老师们做了系统的培训，让新教师们更清晰的了解到英语教学的每个步骤，以及游戏如何恰当的运用在这些过程中。希望通过本次教研及培训活动，老师们能够得到实质性的帮助。
