Shenzhen Apexls Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.(“Apexls”) has always been devoted to technical innovation and protection of its intellectual property rights in LED products. In recent years, Apexls has developed a series of new LED products, among which, the spherical LED display has been granted patents of invention (“Patents”, enclosed hereto are the details of the patents) and has good reputation in markets. Thus, we, Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Wuhan) are hereby authorized by Apexls to make the following statements:
1.The patents owned by Apexls shall be subject to protection of the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China, of which Paragraph 1 of Article 11 stipulates that, after the granting of patent for an invention or utility model, unless it is otherwise prescribed by the Law, no entity or individual is entitled to, without permission of the patentee, exploit the patent, that is, to make, use, promise the sale of, sell or import the patented product, or use the patented process and use, promise the sale of, sell or import the product directly obtained from the patented process, for production or business purposes.
2.For any infringement upon the referred patents, Apexls shall reserve the rights to seek judicial remedies to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
3.We call on all social publics, especially purchaser of spherical LED display, to have reasonable care and attention on intellectual property rights. Let us work together to maintain a fair, an orderly and efficient market, in which, intellectual property rights can be fully respected.
