为了帮助教师更好地重视并顺利开展家访工作,促进学校教育和家庭教育形成合力,实现儿童和谐的全面发展。大华幼儿园组织各班的老师们如火如荼地开展着新生家访工作。
In order to help teachers and concentrate in and carry out in home visit, promote the connection of education between school and family, then achieve the goal of letting kids develop roundly and smoothly. Now, the teachers from Jingjing Dua kindergarten are visiting the new student’ homes in full swing.
家访活动前,幼儿园就“新生家访工作”这一主题对教师们开展了访前培训活动,帮助老师通过合理恰当的方式与家长孩子沟通。通过讲座、经验分享、座谈等形式,使老师们在家访前进一步明确了家访的目的性,提高了教师家访工作的能力和技巧。再者根据孩子年龄特点,精心制定了家访调查表,内容涉及到孩子的生活习惯、兴趣、爱好、在家情况,以及家长对教师和幼儿园的建议,让家访更具目的性和科学性,让家长对于实幼的教育发展更具信心。
before the activity ,the principals have given certain training based on the topic of new students’ parents visit, helping the teachers know how to communicate with the parents in a appropriate way. The teachers became clearer about their aim and gain abilities and skills about home visit via different ways ,like the course of lectures, experiences sharing ,colloquia and so on. On the other hand ,they also frame questionnaire carefully according to age characters of the kid. It contains the living habits, interests, performance at home, and advices to the kindergarten and the teachers from the parents. All these made the home visit more scientific and purposeful, meanwhile, let parents have more confidence on the development of the education to the kids.



在家访中,老师们和家长亲切交谈、和孩子亲密接触,了解每个孩子的生活习惯、兴趣爱好、个性特点、家庭教育环境、以及家长在对待孩子教育问题上所持的观点等。尤其是新生班家长与老师们在交流中,面对宝宝第一次离开家庭到一个陌生环境,家长免不了担心孩子入园的分享焦虑,孩子的吃饭、睡觉以及大小便等孩子在园期间的生活保育问题,老师们对家长提出的问题作了耐心的解答。
During the visits, the teachers communicated with the parents genially, interacted with the kids intimately, learnt the habits, interests, personal characters, family education background and education concepts of the parents of each kid. Especially the problem mentioned up during the conversations that the parents would worry about the anxiety, dining, sleeping and physiological problems of their kids when their babies should face all these kind of living things departing from their familiar zone—home. While all these questions, the teachers had given answers patiently.
通过家访工作的开展,拉近了家长和老师的距离,也密切了老师与孩子的关系,让老师们能够有比较充裕的时间共同探讨孩子的教育问题,交流并交换彼此的观点,能更全面地、完整地了解孩子,从而能更好地达成家园共育。
本学期初的家访活动,家长们纷纷表示,今后会加强与幼儿园的进一步沟通,共同参与幼儿园的教育,家园共育,携手为孩子的健康成长并肩努力。
From this activity, the parents and teachers became closer, also built up a good relationship between the teachers and the kids. Then the teachers had enough time to study the education cases together, communicated and exchanged ideas and conceptions, on this way, they could know the kids thoroughly and make it come true that educate the kids by school and family.
Through the home visit at the beginning of this semester, many parents said, they would communicate with their kids more often, take part in the education together with the kindergarten, make effort for the health growth of their kids.
