有机太阳能电池(OSCs)凭借低成本、轻量化、柔性可加工等优势,在光伏领域具有广阔应用前景,但传统阴极界面层(CILs)存在厚度高导致的电荷传输阻力增加、复合损耗加剧及能量转换效率(PCE)下降等问题。因此,开发具有优异厚度不敏感的CILs至关重要,而n-型自掺杂CILs已成为提高电荷提取、降低界面损耗和实现对厚度不敏感的OSCs的一种有效的方法。
近日,南昌航空大学周丹教授、南昌大学谌烈教授和豫章师范学院徐镇田博士等人在国际知名期刊《ACS Energy Letters》发表综述,系统综述了n-型自掺杂阴极界面层的研究进展。

本 文 要 点
1)首先,总结了有机太阳能电池的应用和工作原理,阐明了n-型自掺杂CILs的工作机制以及近年来所取得的研究进展。
2)其次,系统地对n-型自掺杂的小分子与聚合物CILs进行了分类,并凝练了关键优化策略(分子设计、掺杂浓度控制、界面工程),以减轻厚度引起的效率损失。
3)最后,本综述概述了OSCs的挑战(可扩展制造、稳定性、与非富勒烯受体的集成),并概述了克服厚度限制的n-型自掺杂CILs,强调了其大规模生产光伏潜力。
本综述为开发厚度不敏感、高效、稳定有机太阳能电池提供了理论依据和设计指导。

作 者 简 介
Jiangang Ma(马建岗)received his Bachelor’s degree from Shaanxi University of Technology in 2021. He is now pursuing his Master’s degree at Nanchang Hangkong University under the guidance of Professor Dan Zhou, with a research focus on organic solar cells.
Dan Zhou(周丹)was awarded a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Nanchang University in 2017 under the supervision of Prof. Yiwang Chen and Prof. Lie Chen, and she subsequently held a visiting scholar position at Washington State University (2019-2020). She is currently a professor at Nanchang Hangkong University. Her research is primarily focused on organic solar cells.
Zhentian Xu(徐镇田)received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Nanchang University in 2024, under the supervision of Prof. Lie Chen and Prof. Zhongyi Yuan. He is currently a faculty member at Yuzhang Normal University. His research focuses on energy and intelligent materials.
Lie Chen(谌烈)obtained her Ph.D. from Nanchang University in 2009. She subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Germany from 2012 to 2013. Currently, she serves as a full professor and holds the position of Vice Dean (in charge of administrative work) at Jiluan Academy, Nanchang University. Her research primarily focuses on organic solar cells and functional materials.
