中国科学技术大学近日在专业学术期刊Sensors & Diagnostics发表了学术研究成果A label-free silicon-based spherical nucleic acid enzyme (SNAzyme) for ultrasensitive chemiluminescence detection of acute myocardial infarction-related nucleic acids，研究人员成功地构建了与催化剂和化学发光（CL）试剂集成的高灵敏度化学发光纳米探针，他们使用纳米探针对急性心肌梗死（AMI）相关核酸进行超灵敏化学发光检测，检测范围为10 fM–100 pM，检测限可到0.8 fM。超灵敏化学发光检测要求能自动注射反应试剂，进行快速发光动力学检测。由于加入反应试剂后反应在几秒内完成，因此发光检测能和试剂注射必须能无延迟同步进行。研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech的LUMIstar酶标仪完成这个实验。LUMIstar可配置2个注射器，可以注射试剂的同时读取发光值，完整的监测加入试剂后发光信号曲线的变化，不会有任何信号缺失。LUMIstar酶标仪特有的同步注射和检测功能帮助研究人员轻松完成快速发光实验。

香港科技大学南方海洋科学与工程广东实验室海洋科学系及香港分院，南方海洋科学与工程广东省实验室，深圳大学海洋环境科学联合博士点和香港科技大学化学系近日在专业学术期刊International Journal of Biological Macromolecules发表了学术研究成果Tau-aggregation inhibitors derived from Streptomyces tendae MCCC 1A01534 protect HT22 cells against okadaic acid-induced damage，探索研究治疗阿尔茨海默病的途径。阿尔茨海默病是一种与年龄相关的神经退行性疾病，其特征是tau聚集成神经纤维缠结。靶向tau聚集是AD治疗和预防的最关键策略之一。研究人员发现从海洋细菌链霉菌获得的生物活性物质能抑制tau聚集并分解tau原纤维。研究人员采用了（ThT）荧光测定进行tau聚集抑制剂的高通量筛选。研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech CLARIOstar酶标仪完成了tau聚集和tau原纤维分解检测。CLARIOstar配置了专利的LVF光栅，可灵活了用于任何荧光的检测，蛋白聚集和分解实验往往需要持续48小时以上的震荡和检测，对仪器的稳定及耐用性要求很高。而CLARIOstar坚固耐用的特性很好的帮助科学家完成需要长时程震荡和实时检测的tau聚集和tau原纤维分解实验。
