Co-Founder Lee leads our production team in their never ending journey to create something new and exciting. 谁能想到，2013年我把自己的小屋变成了自酿啤酒酒吧，然后变成今天这样!刚开始的日子里，酿酒，销售，送货，酒吧的杂事，我什么都干过。现在的工作是统筹规划酒厂的发展大方向，不过很多小事也要亲历亲为。我喜欢代表宝友客在各类节日和活动中登场。啤酒厂的最大福利就是，喝酒免费。

“Who would have thought converting my shed to a homebrew pub in 2013, would ultimately lead to all this! In the early days I did a little of everything, brewing, selling, delivering, working the tap room. Now largely focus on steering the ship in the right direction (and still doing a little bit of everything!).
Love getting out and representing Brew York at festivals and events, free beer & good company is a pretty cool perk of the job.”

I’m Lincolnshire born and bred, but I’ve also lived in South Africa, Switzerland, Scotland and the States. I was a brewer at Meantime in London, but most recently spent 2 years building and head brewing at a craft brewery in Florida. A long time ago I was a forex trader in the City, and I also founded and ran a classic car business for a few years. The dreadful beer in Switzerland is what got me firstly into home brewing, and then into an M.Sc. in Brewing and Distilling at Heriott-Watt University in Edinburgh. I love exploring and enjoying the pubs and countryside of Yorkshire. I also love cooking. And eating. And drinking… all the good things in life!

听名字像南方人，但他出生在约克郡，现在经营着宝友客酒厂的社交媒体和数字图像业务。来这儿之前，他做过厨师，网虫，在许多巡回乐队担任过贝斯手，还在各种摇滚音乐节的后台工作过。没错，他喜欢啤酒，所有的啤酒，尤其是度数高的，但他也喜欢正宗的苹果酒。

Ant may sound Southern but he’s born of Yorkshire stock and he now runs the Social Media and Digital Imagery side here at Brew York. He has put his hand to many things on his route here like chef, printer, web-nerd, and bassist in numerous touring bands along with running backstage at various rock festivals. As you would expect he is a lover of all things beer especially ones on the stronger side but also a fan of proper ciders, that’ll be his stint in the West Country rubbing off on him!

休闲的时候，通常都在户外，大部分时间我都在湖区骑自行车。照片是在斯基德道山顶拍摄的，那是我搬到约克之前住的地方。我也喜欢徒步旅行，和男朋友爬山。

大多数山地车手骑行完都会去酒吧喝一杯，就这样我开始喜欢上了精酿啤酒，宝友客精酿啤酒。

我喜欢在旅途中拍摄照片，尤其是那些喜欢入镜的动物。离开了几年后，我迫不及待地想回到约克郡。

When I’m not at work, I’m usually found outdoors. I spend most of that time on my bike tackling the trails in the Lake District, where I was previously living before my move to York (this picture was taken at the top of Skiddaw) but I also like hiking and scrambling up some of the mountains with my boyfriend. As most mountain bikers will tell you; all good rides end at the pub which is where I developed a taste for craft beer and discovered Brew York. I enjoy taking photographs along the way on my adventures, especially of animals which tend to find me. I can’t wait to be back in Yorkshire after being away for a few years.

Have supported Brew York from the beginning and now lucky enough to work here. Never been a big fan of beer but with a bit of help I am starting to learn the styles I like and don’t and really enjoying them. There is never a dull day working here, lots of variety and challenges.

Tony has spent a life in hospitality, a decade in FMCG Sales with some awesome brands and joined the Brew York family last summer. He was falsely nicknamed (Nuggs Thief) within a week of employment and knew he’d found a happy new home. Tony his wife and his young family love the great outdoors, Yorkshire coast beach days, and bikes, beers, and biscuits when not with the little ones.

Lauren joined us to do a part time job behind the bar whilst at uni, she loved it that much that she has never left. She will normally be the friendly face that greets you when you come to drink with us whilst she is supervising the bar.
