宝友客的诞生源自于两位朋友对于啤酒和酿酒的热情(或者说痴迷)。创立宝友客可谓是圆了两位创始人长久以来的梦想，在约克市中心建立一座酿酒厂，这里的消费体验和地理位置都和宝友客出产的啤酒一样妙不可言。宝友客啤酒厂拥有2000升容量的酿酒车间和一套拥有超过26000升容量的发酵与熟化装置。这使得我们在生产核心系列啤酒的同时还能生产更多“独特的”季节性与一次性啤酒，这可真让我们激动！我们出产桶装和易拉罐装的啤酒，销售遍布整个英国和全球。我们的啤酒厂坐落在约克城历史悠久的城墙内，距离车站步行仅需15分钟。在我们的酿酒车间旁边，有一间独特的河畔啤酒花园，在这里，您可以品尝到我们最新鲜出产的啤酒。
Brew York was born out of two friends passion (some would say obsession) for beer and brewing. Creating Brew York was the realisation of a long lived dream to build a brewery in the centre of York where the experience and location is as enjoyable as the beer itself.
The brewery consists of a 20 hl Brewhouse and over 260 HL in Fermenting and Conditioning capacity. This gives us the ability to produce a core range and the flexibility to produce the more ‘out there’ seasonal and one-off beers that really excites us. Our beer is produced in Cask, Keg & Can and sold throughout the UK and the world. Our brewery is located within York’s historic city walls, a 15 minute walk from the station. A very unique Taproom with riverside beer garden has been constructed right alongside the Brewhouse to showcase our beers at their freshest.

Being avid fans of Amundsen and in particular their big stouts meant the two of us coming together could only result in a big ass stout rammed full of flavour. Fragrant and nutty Costa Rican coffee upfront backed up by creamy and rich chocolate notes, followed with a huge Madagascan vanilla finish. All the noms!

Red Panda, a Red IPA in the style of a West Coast IPA made with modern and experimental hops. Tropical, citrus and floral hints from the Azazza and HBC522 interweave nicely with complex coconut and wood from the Sabro and HBC472. The complexity balances out nicely with the bigger malt character of a Red IPA.

Resurrected after a three year hiatus Big Eagle, the original Brew York big American pale returned in 2020 with even more hops and West Coast flavour. It quickly became a brewer and drinker favourite and took Gold as the best UK produced IPA at the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) awards 2020.
