Project Manager (Shanghai)

Key Duties:
Within the commercial excellence department, you will deep dive into the business strategies and together with sales and marketing leaders, set the direction for the execution of the commercial effectiveness. 
The main area of focus will be:
-Developing the commercial excellence culture across the region and work closely with sales, marketing finance, HR leads at regional and local level;
-Manage projects with the objective of improving business strategies, sales force efficiency, sales/marketing execution and overall business performance;
-Business intelligence : Implement dashboard for the region;
-Provide business insight by working with internal and external data, track sales force effectiveness and program efficacy and provide data to support key decision making;
-Assess data sources, understand business processes and identify potential improvements, best practices, and unseen opportunities / risks;
-Build the APAC Dashboard platform based on PowerBI;
-Customer Relationship Management System: Prepare best practices for future implementation;
-Assess sales channels per countries and map out the sales steps from prospection to closing/retention;
-Identify the key stakeholders of the sales process and share the best practice around master data. Building up a customer database;
-Identify what are the key features needed by the region, be involved in the vendor selection process, implement CRM platform across the region;
-Customer Innovation Mobile APP: Implement with new content and feature;
-Support and reporting on the countries already implemented with “MyTi” Mobile APP;
-Implement new content/feature and assess deployment opportunities for new markets.  

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above within computer science, business, finance or similar;
Excellent English (written and spoken) as this position will require frequent communication with various countries (Japan, Korea, China, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Sweden,..) 
Over 5 years related working experience. Business Intelligence (Ideally PowerBI)
CRM, Customer database;
Commercial excellence best practices (Talent optimization, motivation & Incentives, Channel optimization, customer centricity, …)
Independently managed large scale projects; 
Experience in building/maintaining PowerBI dashboard;
Solid digital platform- BI,CRM - product operation experience;
Working within matrixial organizations;
Strong business acumen and data-drive;
Strong ownership, self-motivated and ‘can- do’ mindset;
Independently leading projects with structured analytical approach;
Abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management.
