稳定的屈光结果
大量研究证实,AT LISA tri 839MP提供可预测且稳定的屈光结果。Kretz2等人报道,术后3个月植入839MP的100眼中,90%等效球镜度(SE)为± 0.50D。Mendicute1研究表明,在术后1个月和3个月SE在±0.50 D范围内的比例分别为177例(85.9%)和171例(83.0%)。在术后1个月和3个月时,196眼(95.1%)和201眼(97.6%)的预期屈光度在±1.00 D内。
在一项前瞻性研究中,Ganesh8等发现839MP术后的屈光结果具有良好的长期稳定性,并且在术后1个月、6个月和12个月的SE差异无统计学意义。

高脱镜率

在一项多中心前瞻性研究中,Mendicute等人28报道,植入839MP的患者3个月后在所有距离上的脱镜率均高于90%,远中近距离分别为99%,95.1%,89.2%。
