城市空中交通（UAM）：定义为在城市中心以及周边的乘客货物的空中运输系统。随着电池电力技术，以及各种创新技术的发展，世界各国均在不断地推动飞行汽车以及相关产业的发展。在亚洲，新加坡，韩国以及日本已经有多个试点项目在进行当中，并且预计会在三到五年内落地，让飞行汽车以及城市空中交通成为更环保、更快捷的交通解决方案。
有远见的城市空间创造者已经开始探索他们的城市楼宇的空间中例如：商场、酒店或多用途设施中预留可以容纳 UAM城市空中交通的 空中港口枢纽（飞行汽车垂直停机坪），以增加未来城市空间的价值。
在大湾区，广州拥有小鹏汇天等的飞行汽车制造产业；深圳拥有中国 001 号粤港跨境飞行许可企业—东部通航，所以ULI将举行一系列 “城市空中交通UAM”的活动，邀请行业生态系统的主要持份者携手探讨大湾区UAM城市空中交通发展的机遇以及挑战。
这次作为首次会议，城市土地学会成员和房地产行业领导者将邀请国外专家分享UAM的未来趋势，并听取大湾区空中交通主要利益持份者分享在他们大湾区的看到的潜在的机遇以及挑战。在首次会议当中，我们计划进一步深入继续探讨大湾区城市空中交通挑战以及具体实施挑战，以及与国际专家进行交流分享。

ULI大湾区于去年7月正式宣布成立，大湾区创会主席为汉国置业执行总监王承伟先生。大湾区的创会会员企业包括有珠江产投，中海地产，汉国置业和Innosapce（瑞安）等。
Urban Air Mobility (UAM)– defined as an air transportation system for passengers and cargo in and around urban environments – may be deployed in Asia Pacific within three to five years, offering the potential for greener and faster mobility solutions. New technologies such as the enhancement of battery technologies and electric propulsion as well as major investments made into start-ups are enabling the development of new vertical take-off and landing UAM aircraft.
As several pilot projects and technology demonstrations are under way in Asia, such as Korea, Singapore and Japan. It is time for the ULI community to discuss the UAM opportunity and challenges with stakeholders for industry ecosystem. Forward-thinking developers and real estate investors may want to be able to accommodate the UAM sky port hubs at their mall, hotel, or multi-use facilities in terms of value-add for future asset.
In the Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou has flying car manufacturing industries such as Xpeng Huitian; Shenzhen has the only cross-border aviation operator in the China – Shenzhen Eastern General Aviation, so ULI will hold a series of "Urban Air Mobility" events to invite the industry stakeholders to discuss the opportunities and challenges of UAM development in the Greater Bay Area.
Throughout this first UAM conference – ULI members and real estate industry leaders will achieve deeper insights on global UAM market, UAM development overview in Greater Bay Area and explore opportunities and challenges in the region.

Urban Land Institute (ULI）
Urban Land Institute is the world's oldest non-profit cross-industry urban development think tank, with a history of more than 80 years. Through the network of more than 46,000 members around the world and global experience, through academic discussions, research reports, workshops and other forms, it has created and promoted cities with sustainable development. The founding and first chairman of ULI Asia Pacific is Mr. Leung Chun-ying, whose members include Singapore Livable City Research Center, CapitaLand, tishman speyer, Blackstone, Swire, Hong Kong Land, Xinhe and so on.
