▷1. How to apply for Talent Green Card?

             如何办理人才绿卡？

People who start a business or work in Guangzhou for more than 6 months per year, have a legal residence in Guangzhou, and meet one of the following conditions can apply for Talent Green Card.

每年在广州创业或工作超过6个月，在本市有合法住所，并符合以下条件之一的，可申领人才绿卡

1.High-level talents and highly skilled talents identified or verified by Guangzhou. 

   经我市认定或审核确认的高层次人才、高技能人才。

2. Overseas high-level talents with certain overseas work, study, innovation and entrepreneurship experience, including:

    具有一定海外工作、学习和创新创业经历经验的海外高层次人才，包括:

     (1). Experts and scholars who hold positions equivalent to associate professor or above in famous foreign universities and research institutes;

           在国外著名高校、科研院所担任相当于副教授以上职务的专家学者;

     (2). Talents who have been engaged in research and development, management and other work for more than three years in internationally renowned enterprises (or the world's top 500 enterprises) and have held senior positions;

           在国际知名企业（或世界500强企业）从事三年以上研发、管理等工作并担任过中高级职务的人才;

     (3). Leading talents who have mastered core technologies, owned independent intellectual property rights, and achieved internationally advanced or domestic leading technical achievements, and have good market prospects and industrialization potential;

          掌握核心技术，拥有自主知识产权，且技术成果达到国际先进或国内领先水平，具有较好的市场前景和产业化潜力的领军型人才;

     (4). Have a wealth of overseas innovation and entrepreneurship experience, and in the city's key industrial fields with technology, with projects, with funds to start a business in Guangzhou, help to improve the level of development of relevant industries in our city.

          有丰富的海外创新创业经历，并在本市重点产业领域中带技术、带项目、带资金来穗创业，有助于提升我市相关产业发展水平的领军型人才。

3. Have a senior professional and technical qualification, and have more than 10 years of experience in the relevant field of experts.

   具有正高级以上专业技术资格，并具有相关领域从业经历10年以上的专家。

4. Have "Project 985" or "Project 211" general higher education graduate degree and have a doctor's degree, or have the world's top 300 foreign first-class university graduate degree and have a master's degree or above.

   具有“985工程”或“211工程”普通高等教育研究生学历并有博士学位，或者具有全球前300名的国外一流大学研究生学历并有硕士以上学位的人员。

5. Have the professional qualification of senior technician, engaged in the type of work (post) in line with the city's shortage of work (occupation) directory of talents.

   具有高级技师职业资格，所从事的工种（岗位）符合我市紧缺工种（职业）目录的人才。

6. High-end foreign talents holding the Foreign Expert Certificate, as well as Hong Kong and Macao talents and foreign talents working within the Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone Guangzhou Nansha New Area and identified by the Pilot Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee.

   持有《外国专家证》的高端外籍人才，以及在广东自贸试验区广州南沙新区片区范围内工作并经自贸试验区管委会认定的港澳人才和外籍人才。

7. Employees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners working in Guangzhou whose annual wage income is more than RMB 600,000 yuan and whose annual personal income tax is more than RMB 120,000 yuan. The above standards shall be adjusted appropriately with the changes in the per capita wage level of Guangzhou.

   工资性年收入达到60万元人民币以上，且年缴纳个人所得税达到12万元人民币以上在穗就业的港澳台人员及外籍人员。上述标准随广州市人均工资水平变化适当调整。

8. Talents who meet the needs of economic and social development of our city and are identified by relevant departments as having certain special skills or expertise.

    符合我市经济社会发展需要，经有关部门认定具有某种特殊技能或专长的人才。

▷2.How to apply for Permanent Residence Permit?

     如何办理永久居留？

1. Family reunion:

2. Investment:

   投资：

   (1). Direct investment in China

         在中国直接投资

         The registered capital actually paid for investment in China shall meet one of the following conditions:

         在中国投资实际缴付的注册资本金应当符合下列条件之一：

          a. The total investment in encouraged industries in the Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries promulgated by the State shall be more than US $500,000;

             国家颁布的《外商投资产业指导目录》鼓励类产业投资合计50万美元以上；

          b. A total investment of more than US $500,000 in the western regions of China and the key counties of the national poverty alleviation and development work;

             在中国西部地区和国家扶贫开发工作重点县投资合计50万美元以上；

          c. A total investment of more than US $1 million in central China;

             在中国中部地区投资合计100万美元以上；

          d. A total investment of more than $2 million in China.

             在中国投资合计200万美元以上。

    (2) Investment in nine cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

3. Employment:

    (3) Annual income of salary and individual income tax shall meet the prescribed standards

         工资年收入和年缴纳个人所得税达到规定标准

         According to the regulations, people who have worked in Guangdong Province continuously for at least 4 years, lived in China for at least 6 months each year, and have had an annual income of more than RMB 750,000 yuan before the application date for 4 consecutive years, and paid more than 20% of their annual income in taxes, can apply for permanent residence upon the recommendation from their employers. 

         根据规定，在广东省连续工作满4年，每年在中国境内实际居住不少于6个月，申请日前已连续4年工资年收入税前75万元人民币以上，年纳税达年收入20%以上，经工作单位推荐，可申请永久居留。
