2025年9月24日，PT.ANHE KONSTRUKSI INDONESIA（PT安和）与宜宾富源发电设备有限公司合作协议签署仪式暨员工动员大会在富源公司顺利举行。富源公司属地长宁县副县长罗泽超先生、省委组织部派驻富源党建指导蒋华芳女士、宜宾市经委机械制造产业科科长刘正旗及侯先宇先生、长宁县工业园区管委会主任文小强等党政领导、PT安和公司董事长周跃飞先生及团队、富源公司董事长唐明书及班子领导成员共同出席仪式。富源公司全体员工见证了这一重要时刻。

On September 24, 2025, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between PT. ANHE KONSTRUKSI INDONESIA (PT Anhe) and Yibin Fuyuan Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd., along with the employee mobilization meeting, was successfully held at Fuyuan's company headquarters. The event was attended by Mr. Luo Zechao, Deputy Mayor of Changning County, Ms. Jiang Huafang, dispatched by the Provincial Organization Department for Fuyuan's Party Building Guidance, Mr. Liu Zhengqi, Head of the Mechanical Manufacturing Industry Section of Yibin Municipal Economic and Trade Commission, Mr. Hou Xianyu, and Mr. Wen Xiaoqiang, Director of the Changning County Industrial Park Management Committee, along with party and government leaders, Mr. Zhou Yuefei, Chairman of PT Anhe, and his team, as well as Mr. Tang Mingshu, Chairman of Fuyuan, and members of the leadership team. All employees of Fuyuan witnessed this important moment.

会议伊始，富源董事长唐明书致辞，他对长宁县党委、政府长期以来的指导与支持表示衷心感谢，并对PT安和公司周跃飞董事长一行的到来致以热烈欢迎。董事长介绍，公司自创立以来，始终专注于中大型水轮发电机组、风电及光伏等清洁能源设备的研发与制造。公司前身为国有企业，于1997年成功改制为民营企业，建立了完善的ISO9001质量管理体系，产品凭借卓越性能和优质服务远销20多个国家和地区，累计为国内外用户提供水轮发电机组超4000台。公司拥有多项核心技术与专利，获评高新技术企业等多种荣誉。他表示，将以此次合作为契机，借鉴PT安和公司先进管理理念，携手同行，再创佳绩！

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Tang Mingshu, Chairman of Fuyuan, delivered a speech. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Changning County Party Committee and Government for their long-term guidance and support and extended a warm welcome to Chairman Zhou Yuefei and his delegation from PT Anhe. The Chairman introduced that since its establishment, the company has always focused on the research and development and manufacturing of medium and large-scale hydroelectric generator sets, wind power, and photovoltaic equipment for clean energy. The company, originally a state-owned enterprise, successfully transformed into a private enterprise in 1997. It has established a comprehensive ISO9001 quality management system. With outstanding performance and quality service, the company’s products have been exported to over 20 countries and regions, providing more than 4,000 hydroelectric generator sets to both domestic and international customers. The company owns numerous core technologies and patents and has been recognized with various honors, including being designated as a high-tech enterprise. He stated that this cooperation will serve as an opportunity to learn from PT Anhe’s advanced management concepts and work together to achieve even greater success.

随后，副县长罗泽超发表重要讲话，他首先对双方达成合作表示祝贺，并充分肯定富源公司为地方经济发展作出的卓越贡献。罗副县长指出，作为长宁县的标杆企业，富源充分展现了责任与担当，县政府将持续优化营商环境，全力支持企业扎根当地、做强做大。他希望双方充分发挥互补优势，夯实合作基础，共同推动产业可持续高质量发展。

Subsequently, Deputy Mayor Luo Zechao delivered an important speech. He first extended his congratulations on the successful cooperation between the two parties and fully acknowledged the outstanding contributions Fuyuan has made to the local economic development. Deputy Mayor Luo emphasized that as a benchmark enterprise in Changning County, Fuyuan has fully demonstrated its sense of responsibility and commitment. The county government will continue to optimize the business environment and provide strong support for enterprises to take root locally and grow stronger. He expressed his hope that both parties will fully leverage their complementary advantages, strengthen the foundation of cooperation, and jointly promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the industry.

在与会嘉宾的见证下，双方董事长现场签署协议。PT安和公司董事长周跃飞围绕“富源谱新篇”主题发表致辞，从四个方面展望合作前景。一、梳理PT安和发展脉络与现状，展望未来规划；二、分析水电建设行业情况及富源公司发展机遇；三、明确富源公司的未来目标；四、阐述PT安和价值理念。他强调，富源公司将着力提升管理水平，优化水轮发电机组设计，强化产品质量，积极对接国际市场、与国际知名品牌对标。同时，要坚持以客户为中心，恪守锲约精神，以优化产品和诚信服务筑牢企业发展根基。他坚信，在明确的目标指引下，富源公司必将实现新的跨越。

In the presence of the attending guests, the chairmen of both parties signed the agreement on site. Centered on the theme of “A New Chapter for Fuyuan,” Mr. Zhou Yuefei, Chairman of PT Anhe, delivered a speech outlining the prospects of cooperation from four perspectives: (1) reviewing PT Anhe’s development trajectory and current status while presenting its future plans; (2) analyzing the hydropower construction industry and the development opportunities for Fuyuan; (3) clarifying Fuyuan’s future objectives; and (4) elaborating on PT Anhe’s values and philosophy. He emphasized that Fuyuan will focus on enhancing its management standards, optimizing hydro generator set designs, strengthening product quality, actively engaging with international markets, and benchmarking itself against globally renowned brands. At the same time, the company will remain committed to a customer-centered approach, uphold the spirit of contract integrity, and consolidate its development foundation through superior products and trustworthy services. He expressed firm confidence that, under clear strategic guidance, Fuyuan will achieve new breakthroughs and reach greater heights.

In his remarks, Mr. Xu Jun, the representative leader of PT Anhe, stated that with the combined strength and reputation of both parties in the industry, this strategic cooperation will surely achieve the integration of technological, resource, and market advantages. Confronting current challenges, both sides will engage with sincerity, mutual benefit, and mutual trust, working together with one heart to embrace fruitful outcomes in the future.

会议最后，派驻富源公司党建指导员蒋华芳女士对双方合作表示祝贺。她感谢PT公司为富源公司注入新活力，并期待双方携手共进，开创美好未来。

At the conclusion of the meeting, Ms. Jiang Huafang, the Party Building Supervisor assigned to Fuyuan, extended her congratulations on the cooperation between the two parties. She expressed her gratitude to PT Anhe for bringing new vitality to Fuyuan and looked forward to both sides working hand in hand to create a bright future together.
