SEDA Officially Commends Kelantan’s 84MW Small Hydropower Project
近日,马来西亚可持续能源发展局(SEDA Malaysia)实地考察了由安和承建的吉兰丹 84MW 小水电项目,并对 Serasa、Kemubu、Kuala Gris 三座梯级水电站展开全面调研。在深入检查项目质量、听取技术汇报、溯源施工全流程后,SEDA考察团队对项目给予高度评价,充分肯定安和在专业设计、规范施工,以及 “设计——施工一体化” 的高效实施能力方面的突出表现,尤其赞扬了项目在因地制宜优化水工布局、充分契合本地水文特征,并严格遵循马来西亚能源行业标准等方面取得的系统化成果。
Recently, the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia (SEDA Malaysia) conducted an on-site inspection of the 84 MW small hydropower project in Kelantan undertaken by Anhe, and carried out a comprehensive assessment of the three cascade hydropower stations — Serasa, Kemubu, and Kuala Gris. After thoroughly examining project quality, listening to technical briefings, and reviewing the entire construction process, the SEDA inspection team spoke highly of the project, fully affirming Anhe’s outstanding performance in professional design, standardized construction, and the efficient implementation of the “design–build integration” approach. The team particularly commended the project’s systematic achievements in optimizing hydraulic layouts in accordance with local conditions, closely aligning with regional hydrological characteristics, and strictly complying with Malaysia’s energy industry standards.
作为安和在马来西亚的首个标杆项目,项目团队充分发挥“设计—— 施工一体化” 核心优势,以 “稳落地、高品质” 为准则,贯穿项目始终。前期,团队基于对吉兰丹 Sungai Galas 支流水文数据的深入分析,组建专项设计团队为三座梯级径流式电站定制一体化系统方案,最终实现水资源高效开发、生态保护与项目长期稳定运行的多重效益。施工阶段由同一团队全程统筹,有效衔接设计与施工环节,确保技术方案高效落地。项目严格执行当地行业规范,在进度、安全、能效等关键环节强化责任落实,通过标准化施工与精细化质量管控,最终实现设计目标、施工标准、能效要求的高质量统一。
As Anhe’s first flagship project in Malaysia, the project team fully leveraged the core advantage of the “design–build integration” model, adhering to the principles of “steady implementation and high quality” throughout the entire project lifecycle. In the early stage, based on an in-depth analysis of hydrological data from the Sungai Galas tributary in Kelantan, the team established a dedicated design task force to develop an integrated system solution tailored for the three cascade run-of-river power stations, ultimately achieving multiple benefits including efficient water resource utilization, ecological protection, and long-term stable project operation. During the construction phase, the same team maintained overall coordination from start to finish, effectively linking the design and construction processes to ensure the efficient execution of technical solutions. The project strictly complied with local industry regulations, strengthening accountability in key aspects such as schedule control, safety management, and energy efficiency. Through standardized construction practices and refined quality control measures, the project ultimately realized a high-quality alignment of design objectives, construction standards, and energy-efficiency requirements.
