JWK Netsun Building is located at No. 788 Liye Road in High-tech Zone (Binjiang), where the Qiantang River meets the vibrant pulse of the modern business district. The 35-story skyscraper stands tall out of its surrounding buildings with its curtain walls reflecting the sky and clouds of Binjiang, making a unique scenery.
大厦一侧四节清晰的阶梯式结构，赋予了建筑独特的韵律。从高空俯瞰，每一级阶梯都被巧妙设计为花园露台，为这座现代楼宇注入一抹自然的绿意。
On one side of the building, four distinct stepped tiers add a unique charm to the building and each tier is ingeniously designed into a garden terrace viewed from above, which brings a touch of natural greenery to this modern skyscraper.
步入大堂，12米挑高的空间带来开阔的第一印象。18部高速电梯合理分区，即便在上下班高峰期也能高效分流。
The 12-meter-high space in the lobby leaves a spacious first impression and 18 high-speed elevators are reasonably arranged to ensure efficient passenger distribution even during rush hours.

The employee canteen on the third floor is the most welcomed place which provides three meals a day. During lunchtime, most stalls are full of hot dishes ranging from local stir-fries to noodles and fast foods, all at affordable prices. In the R&D center of Linsynix on the eighth floor, the air is distinctive with the scent of electronic components and metal. Engineers work intently at their lab tables, with their rhythmic clatter of keyboards, soft hum of equipment and low murmur of discussions intertwining into the main melody here. Different from the quietness of Linsynix, Aiyouke on the 20th floor is filled with a tense yet exhilarating energy. Designers, live streamers and operation staff hurry about, with sound and light surging out of the live streaming rooms. The streamers show the details of clothes quickly while the controllers monitor backstage data closely.
