m1A去甲基化与肿瘤进展的直接关联

SP100A是PML核凝聚体的重要组成部分,PML核凝聚体在细胞核内形成动态结构,参与调控基因表达、DNA修复和肿瘤抑制。

ALKBH3介导的m1A去甲基化导致SP100A表达下降,进而削弱PML核凝聚体的形成,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭。
